The
Big Picture is a ground-breaking event which requires much planning
and support from both the community and from individuals who love
literature. The cost of producing the event is estimated to be approximately
$2500. We need your help to make this project a success. Your tax-deductible
contributions to Beyond Baroque Literary Arts Center, earmarked
for The Big Picture will ensure this.
- As
a measure of our gratitude for your generosity, photographer Mark
Savage will personally take a professional 16X20 signed and framed
portrait of donors contributing $1000 or more.
- Donors
who contribute $100 or more will receive an 11X14 signed (unframed)
print of the group gathering.
- Donors
who contribute $15 or more will receive a gift copy of the Blue
Satellite literary journal.

Please
contribute any of the following and help make this event!
- Main
dishes (casseroles, egg rolls, enchiladas, burgers, hotdogs, whatever)
- Canned
sodas, water, juices
- Chips
and crackers
- Fruit
that doesn't require preparation
- Desserts
(cookies, cake, cheesecake, fruit bars--again, stuff that's easy
to carry around: ice cream and jello likely not a good idea)
- Salads
(pre-dress them--less fuss than having to have dressing bottles
there)
- Vegetarian
dishes Side dishes: rice, potato salads, pasta, etc., vegetables
- Bags
of ice
- Disposable
dishware (plates, cups, napkins, forks, knives, spoons, etc.)
- Condiments
(salt, paper, mayo, mustard, ketchup, soy sauce, etc.)
- Garbage
bags and ties (for continual clean-up)
Loaners:
If
you have any of these items, we would like to borrow them for the
