is a community event!
We
are looking for volunteers from the community to help fill these
roles:
•
Set-up of The Big Picture
From 12:30 to 2PM
We are looking for ten volunteers to help set-up tables, the registration
area, to hand-out packets, and to act as stand-ins for a dry-run
of setting up the photo.

During The Big Picture
From
2 to 5PM
We are looking for ten volunteers to help hand-out registration
packets, to help with directing people, to mind the bookstore and
assist with collecting poets' books, to serve as floaters, and to
help with setting out food.
•
Breakdown of The Big Picture
From 5 to 6PM
We are looking for ten volunteers to help with clean up and with
bagging trash, also with breaking down tables and any other miscellaneous
breakdown. This is a leave no trace event, so we don't expect
too much clean-up.
